My work in this field began in the 1980’s in St Thomas’ Hospital London providing massages to patients on surgical wards.  It became apparent to me as those I treated said they felt better after treatment that this is where I could make a real difference. I decided then to specialise and focus on reflexology; and, the rest is history !

I qualified in Reflexology at the Raworth Centre back in the 1980’s and continued training throughout my career qualifying as an Aromatherapist and later adding NLP to support the unique approach I use to this day.

Complementary therapies were uncommon back then but together with some like-minded therapists, we started the first complementary health clinic in Wimbledon.

I became very interested in treating couples with fertility issues in the 1990s and realised that our emotional state is as important as the potential physical issues. I found that whatever their fertility story was, my combined therapeutic approach I had subsequently developed over the years equipped me to help them make the difference necessary to conceive. My deep seated belief is that the mind effects the physical body.
