REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a wonderfully supportive and nurturing treatment during pregnancy. I make a difference to any physical symptoms you are having. Anything from backache to low lying placenta, there isn’t any condition I cannot treat effectively. I will support you throughout your pregnancy towards preparation for labour. If you go past your due date, reflexology is very effective to help contractions to start naturally and efficiently.
There are many unknowns about labour or induction, but whatever you experience I will help you stay focused and at the same time make your pregnancy as comfortable and stress free as possible.

I went to Jeanette because I was suffering with back pain, insomnia and had been told I potentially had a low lying placenta. I hadn’t realised how stressed I was. Reflexology really made a difference. Jeanette really helped me look at how to minimise my stress, helped me to relax about possible medical intervention. It was amazing. All of the symptoms were alleviated and in the end I had a natural delivery. I had a lot of fear about labour and all the things I didn’t want to happen - like induction (no women want that outcome). Her warm and intuitive approach really made a difference.” Kate
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Holistic and nurturing for mother and baby…..
Massage is wonderful during pregnancy. Regular treatment will not only help you and your baby relax but will also rebalance your mind and body. Most women work until a month before the birth so what better way to de-stress and have all the benefits massage can provide?
Massage improves blood flow and stimulates lymphatic drainage, alleviates backache and pelvic discomfort.

What can I say, I saw Jeanette throughout my pregnancy. She has a very warm and friendly approach. Her massage is actually quite magical, its the only way I can describe it! My baby liked it too. She really helped me prepare for labour. She encouraged me to talk about my fears and anxieties. So reassuring and encouraging.” Jenny
